THE PERFECT PEAR

As a soda lover, but conscious of her bad habit, Yasmine dreamed
of a refreshing alternative that could be drunk both during the day
and in the evening. What was needed was taste, bubbles, lightness and few calories.
After much testing and research, Yasmine turned to her childhood memories. She remembered the subtle, light taste of steamed fruit juices. Once she'd found the technique, she mastered it.

When they met sommelier Nicolas, they shared the same vision and
the desire to take on a new challenge. Enthusiastic about the project, Nicolas
worked on matching aromas to enhance the taste of fruit with the subtlety
of plants. No production escapes his approval.
